Mystery Tackle Box Elite [September 2019]

The leaves are beginning to fall and the nights are getting colder, fall is here. But before we start thinking about ice fishing in Manitoba, Mystery Tackle Box September Elite is dropping off a jammed packed box aimed at some big old bass.

Unboxing the September Elite Bass Box

Boy this September Elite box was more stuffed then me after thanksgiving dinner. However they did not have to reduce quality for the amount of quantity underneath those cardboard flaps. Adam begins by reminiscing about memories of the first lure he pulls…

Arbogast brings a classic Jitter bug to this months box. This tried and true lure is painted lime green with a white belly and a shiny popper fin. This sturdy hook is a great addition to one’s tackle box. Adam goes from the well known to the unknown with the next plastic.

Big Bite Lures, had Adam scratching his head with their Buzzing War Mouth plastic. It looks like a frog lure flattened out, and pressed with a fish pattern. Adam speculates how one uses this lure, but the answer currently eludes him. Speaking of plastic, the next one has a disclaimer?

DISCLAIMER: BAITS DO NOT HAVE GENES. Catch Co. has a little fun with their Bio Spawn plastic. this “bio scented” segmented worm also features a long ribbon tail. This stinky, but nicely rusty/black colored lure wont have any problem bringing in the bass.

Lastly for the September Elite box, Perfection Lures brings us a beginner friendly bait set. These pre-weighted worms also come with a ring around the hook up area to help hold the hook in place. But what makes it so beginner friendly is the packaging that runs you through how to set up the rig, how to use it, as well as some words on conservation. Very detailed and good quality.
